Creating Value for Business and Engineers

In today's fast paced, highly competitive world, having quick access to information is imperative. SRE mobile application brings information to our users fingertips. It provides both leaders and engineers with an all-encompassing visibility into their ecosystems and allows them to quickly identify issues and perform actions to resolve them.

Released in 2019 as a pilot, the SRE mobile application has grown into a comprehensive yet easy-to-use tool that provides our users with real-time, accurate data, and empowers them to make fast and efficient business decisions on the go.

Drill down capability enables ultrafast identification of errors and advanced triage which results with significantly reduced MTTR. Providing our leaders with an at-a-glance view of their KPIs including CSAT details and instant access to verbatim feedback, we assist them in decision-making to excel in meeting customers' expectations and fostering customer loyalty. The application brings back work/life balance to the teams as they can view this information from their mobile devices from anywhere and are not bound by location.

My role in this project was the lead UX product designer.
